High rollers... not so much anymore

I really don't like the fact that you've reduced the buy-ins for your 2 biggest daily tournaments. They were already pretty damn low, now it's just ridiculous... How can you call a 25$ buy-in a high roller tournament?

Please make it back 50$, heck, running a 100$ daily and maybe even a 215$ on sunday would be nice as well, I sure would play those...

Re: High rollers... not so much anymore

I agree with VInny, 25eur tourney doesn't deserve to be called HIGHrollers,at least change the name. 55eur was pretty good and got ~12-18 regular players.

Not sure about 215$ MTT, I might join it but, I can see just very few people who may play there. Even all their "pros" won't play it on their own money, maybe just Manfred.

But yes, you can try make one 100$ on Sunday and we will see if it gets any action. If not, then just stick to old sunday schedule.

A €100+9, €3000 GTD Sunday tourney would be awesome.

Re: High rollers... not so much anymore

Also, wasn't the evening challenge 1000$ GTD before? I see it's 800$ now, but I can't remember...

**Edit** 20:30 (CET) - €1000GTD Evening Challenge – BI €14.50 + 1.50 Found that in another thread, yeah it definitely was 1000$ GTD before... I honestly don't get all these decisions... you want to attract players willing to spend some money on the site. I don't want to play 3 hours to win 22$ for 9th place...

That tournament had huge overlay, obviously they had to change it, because they were losing a lot of money in that tournament.

Re: High rollers... not so much anymore

In my opinion, they need to raise the buy-in, not decrease the guaranteed...

I might have a bigger bankroll than most people playing on the site, but if they want to attract people with bankrolls, they have to offer something interesting. In all honesty, I will stop playing this tournament tomorrow and only play the "high rollers" and the sunday's one... I would have played the satellite to the pro contract but I won one today...

So, by dropping the GTD they lost my business for this particular tournament, I'm probably not the only one also... (even though the number of entrants was pretty much the same as usual today, if not higher, despite the drop...)

Re: High rollers... not so much anymore

There Methods didnt pay out. They reducing the BI and the Guranteed for the evening Challenge. So what changed? The same ammount of players entering the same Overlay, but they got less rake.
I have told that to them and posted it here, the only thing that would realy boost their Player Numbers are MORE Tournaments. The most Player dont just play on a Site where are only that less good tournaments.

BTW I didt play the Tournaments for some days now too and I have seen that the evening Challenge has now changed again to an "Money Added Tournament" What makes it even more worse. So they defintly pay an Overlay but i bet it even got smaller.
