Hand History Problems

Are there any plans to fix the current hand history situation?

Currently all HH saved locally does not tell you what your hole cards are. In addition, not all hands get stored to begin with. I think fixing this will greatly benefit the regulars who play at HPP.

Re: Hand History Problems

HEM support would definitely attract more players to the site. Not necessarily good players only. Year ago when I was huge fish and just learned to use HEM, I was looking for a new site to play on. I just ignored every site which didnt support HEM.

With HEM support more players would come to play. HPP would get more rakeback and more attendance to tournaments. That would lead to bigger GTD tournamets (or same GTD but reduced buy-in). Bigger player pool and more tournaments would also attract more fish to the site. I for sure, did not want to play on a site where games barely run.

With HEM support site would attract players who play bigger stakes. You dont see many players at NL50, maybe 1-2 tables running short handed during peak times. NL100 is mostly running in HU and theres barely ever NL200 games on.

HEM support -> more players -> more rake for HPP -> more tournaments and games running -> attracts even more players.

Re: Hand History Problems

Is anyone going to answer this? I'm actually really liking the site but the problem with not being able to access all my hand history scripts is becoming a major drawback. I think issues like this is a quite a big deterrent for people interested in trying a new site.

hem is,nt the cause off no traffic on the site its the poor tournements on offer.

it might help if the rep,s could be bothered to answer questions on here
i mean why do they even bother having a forum when they dont respond.

anyone know how to find out the last reply to a question on here from the rep.

I'm not talking about HEM. In fact, I enjoy playing without a HUD and I think a good player gets much better reads without one. What I am annoyed about, is the broken hand history tool that randomly only saves the scripts for 2 out of every 100 hands.

To be quite frank, this is the number 1 biggest technical problem on your site. I can't imagine what other updates could be more important at this moment.

Your software is near perfect as it is now. The only problem is auto sitting next hand after having minor internet hiccup and the hand history problem.

Between those 2, I don't see any other update that is more important which could bring in potential players?

Are we talking about security issue here? Because your deposit and cashout method is also top notch. I just don't get it.

Re: Hand History Problems

Well, not being able to track you hands is a reason why I will probably have to leave, it's not that I can't use a HUD, I'm fine with that, it's the fact that after I have a really bad session, I want to look over my hands and see what went wrong. It sucks to have played there for a month and I'm not really sure how well I have played over that period.

Dear IttyBitty,

You are welcome back on High Pulse Poker.
At the moment there is a bit of action on cash tables and we believe it is only a beginning. You may try to challenge our Pro Contract winners in cash games as well.
