The cash tables are a joke !
Hi everyone,
First of all, i want to say that at High Pulse Poker it's a huge difference between the tournaments and the cash tables.
A. Tournaments
Here everything is ok and normal, for the moment. If you play your poker ok, żou have big chances to enter in the money and if you are good enough plus a little luck, you can be in top 3. The draws are ok, with few problems now an then ( most of them is about the bad play from the other players )
B. Cash Tabels.
Here is the big problem. I have the account since this Sunday. I managed to raise my bankroll to 200~250 E, most of it from tournaments.
Just a half an hour ago i lost all my money at cash tables.
I never had a hand !!! ( maybe one or two but too small ).
I had AK ~5 times, AA, KK, QQ, KJ etc.. several time. In each situation i lost my money.
It imposible. At this poker site there are few players that are winning non-stop. They are playing 5~10 tables at the same time, starting with 25E on each table, and they are winning non-stop. It doesn't matter that you have AK and you raise, they have 34 and on the flop you have 333 for example.
Same players ( pizzacat, davehun00, iILoveSex, colsuz2, Play4Money ). This are the players that are winning non-stop.
Im not saying that i'm and pro poker player, not at all. but you can't play poker and have very big hands and NEVER hit someting. It's imposible. Its like they know all the cards each time.
I have AK, i raise bi time, i get a call/all in from the same person with what ... 72 ? and he wins the hand ?
In my opinion, High Pulse Poker cash tables = PSx10. or X100.
It's not possible each time you have a very good hand to lose ( AA ). And next hand same people win 50~100 E with 99.
I know i'm not the only one that feels this way.
I repeat, at tournaments, it's like .. i'm playing at other poker site. Everything is balanced.
Have a great evening.

Re: The cash tables are a joke !
So, if someone wins with luck it's PRO but you lose you suck at cash tables.
I 3~4 players are winning everyday at the cash tables, hitting every hand something on flop/turn and river - it's pro.
But when i play with good hands but i never hit something i suck.
Perfect.
I'm not angry if i lose at cash tables. I'm an amateur, some hands are not played very well.
But something is strange here. Same poker sites, two situations :
During the tournaments everything it's ok, balanced hands, balanced flops.
But at cash tables is incredible. What do you want me to play ?
You want me to call a 7 E raise and 72 my hand ?
And when i have a high pair ( if i have a pair ) i lose on turn or river from someone else with lower pair ?
It's like everytime they know the cards.

I've played SNG and tournies professionally for almost 2 year and I have now played cash games for a living for almost a year now. The transition from tournament play to cash was (and often still is) a great challenge. Tournament players have HUGE leaks in cash play because they have hard wired their entire thought process to preflop play. They over-value 1 pair hands, they tend to value bet poorly from street to street and, in general, are very poor hand readers. It took me a lot of time, money lost, coaching and adjustment to get to the point where I can comfortably play 100bb+ poker (as opposed to increasing blind poker where you are nearly always only making 10-20bb fold/shove decisions). I'm sure if someone good looked over your hands, they would find enough leaks to see where your winrate is going.
On the other hand, you may be great at cash. It sounds as though you're likely complaining over very, very small sample size where -- for lack of a better way to put it -- ****/variance happens.

yeah I turned 75 into 800 on high pulse. The cash games are soft as hell but the tourneys on there are even softer. One thing I noticed about high pulse though is that when you run bad against one person, you're gonna keep running bad against them so it seems like they are super using or what ever. I have a few players I don't wanna play against. No matter what I do they always had the good or always ****ing sucking out. They also seem to auto fold preflop when I got the goods. Do you know how tilting that is?

I also started playing on other sites now. I can confirm that high pulse have one of the best looking, working software.

agree the software is good.
they gotta get some traffic on the site real soon.
i won decent money here during beta testing which iv cashed out.
leaving enough to play some tournies and omaha cash. there is just no traffic on the site as im starting to think of other sites were i wont get the rakeback i get here.

Agreed. Also, since there is no cap on the amount you can buy-in for, 25nl essentially plays like 50nl and 50nl like 100nl. Everyone sits deep-stacked and
they call down super light and fishy.

That is really weird. Both of those things happen to me and it really makes you think something fishy is going on. I also seem to be doomed at NL25 there, NL10 is easy money but as soon as I go to NL25 I get ridicilous doomswitches where I cant win a hand when I finally hit something. NL10 and NL25 shouldnt be that much of a difference, cant be l2p issue, just bad luck I guess. Players are really bad though who chase draws regardless when someone is pot betting on huge pot etc. etc. you know the drill. Anyway, I dont believe in these conspiracy theories without proper proof, which is impossible to get without hand histories and even with hand history its hard to prove anything.
After all, traffic is really bad atm so you wont get anywhere close to full potential of their rakeback system and rarely can multitable properly. For multisite playing HPP is really great though. For NL50/100 players it is their wet dream, because fish always go to higher stakes and try to win their money back there while tilted.
PLO is easy money, ppl overplaying overpairs/TPTK/bottom2 without any knowledge of hand picking preflop. PLO50/100 is same thing as NL50/100, fish, tilted fish everywhere.

all gtd tournies are gone iv withdrawn all my roll just in case it folds. will wait a while and look at it then if improvements are made and traffic increased i will deffo be back love the software.
