Hello, i work in Las Palmas in Gran Canaria, although i live in the UK. I was over there for a month until yesterday and was playing on High Pulse until about christmas eve when i tried to log in and it told me that due to new spanish restrictions i can no longer log in from spain. I came home yesterday and tried to log in this morning and now all i get is incorrect username and password no matter what i do. i have tried to reset my password, i get an email with the temp password but it still does not work. I can only presume this is because i was playing whilst in spain.
Can the rep please look into this for me, cheers.

Hello Jonas, unfortunatly nothing has changed, im still getting the same invalid username or password meesage on log in.

I have re-activated your account manually again. System is giving you some grief becaused you logged in from Spain.
