Re: **WWE Raw/Smackdown Viewing Thread**
Lesnar pretty much has to be back at least semi-full time. He probably won't work house shows, but there's literally not one other person that makes sense for Cena to face at Extreme Rules. Plus they can make it some type of gimmick match to hide any potential ring rust that Lesnar might have.

Re: **WWE Raw/Smackdown Viewing Thread**
Lesnar's contract is at least two appearances per month through to WM 2013.
He wont be on house shows, he probably wont be on every Raw and he wont be wrestling every Raw but he will be on all the PPVs.

Re: **WWE Raw/Smackdown Viewing Thread**
I forgot until last night that Cena's rise in the WWE coincided with Brock and they actually had a PPV match at Backlash 2003. Can't believe I forgot the FU was in response to the F5, and I think they had an angle where Lesnar spun Cena's knee into the ring post off an F5 to take him out via injury and then when Cena came back he was more aggressive and went into the Thuganomics, etc. I remember when Cena got a push to face Brock as a heel in 2003 people were really excited, and he stayed really over as a heel, feuding with Taker, etc and then finally turning face later that year.
I wonder if any of that will get mentioned.
Other thought: Del Rio needs to improvise and not stick to script. If they are drowning you out, say "you're chanting for a guy who lost in 18 seconds last night? You are losers" or something like that to get more heat, ignoring it just looks stupid.

You know the formula though:
Great + recent = GOAT

GOAT may be extreme, but it makes my top 10-20 for sure. I mean, my favorite Raws ever are the Halifax Raw from July 1997 at the height of the Canada-US feud and the Worcester Raw where Foley won the title, and this was nearly on par with either of those.

Re: **WWE Raw/Smackdown Viewing Thread**
I agree with an earlier post that Lesnar kicking Cena's hat out of the ring was perfect. I think I marked out for that more than the entrance. I've always been a HUUUUUUUGE Lesnar mark and I am very excited about what they have in store for him.
YES!
A little disappointed that Ziggler didn't win the US strap. With all of this talent, both veteran and up and coming, it makes me shake my head that the Big Show and Santino have "meaningful" belts....

Im sure in the next day or two it will be revealed they were all told by Vince not to mention the crowd reactions, inc Lawler or Cole covering up the cheers at one point like the crowd was reacting for Santino instead of for Ziggler iirc. The only reason Cena mentioned them is cos he is their top guy and can get away with that stuff, hence the "there you go Bryan, you owe me" or whatever he said after acknowledging it.

What's with the People Power catch phrase? Was that even really expanded on?

I also liked the one at the start of the Alliance where Dreamer and RVD came out of the crowd to beat up Jericho/Kane and all of the former ECW guys joined in.

Re: **WWE Raw/Smackdown Viewing Thread**
Yeah the ECW "invasion" during the alliance angle is easily my favorite moment, heyman grabbing the stick and saying "Feel this moment for the rest of your life" to Vince was just amazing...too bad they royally ****ed that up.

Re: **WWE Raw/Smackdown Viewing Thread**
This is getting really annoying Ziggler and Swagger being buried feuding with the likes of Santino and Brodus Clay, they are both way above that.

Stone Cold as leader of the alliance was pure gold, so talented.
