I really don't understand AJ>Owens. But the pop for Jericho was great.

Stop it. Say what you want about the over the top patriotism stuff, but Cena is about a million times better than Orton in every way.

So Nakamura and Corbin just fought again. What's up with that? No promos, nothing. Just a straight up singles match with Nakamura going over clean. I legitimately can't think of a single reason for that to happen.

I agree he's better but I'd rather see Orton say and do nothing than another Cena America **** yeah angle.

While Cena is better than Orton, the in-ring edge isn't much (Orton is more capable in the ring in some ways, though Cena is more likely to actually produce a good match), and Cena really isn't one who tends to significantly elevate an opponent.

Cena-Jinder might be a little better than Jinder-Orton, but it's really hard for me to imagine becoming particularly interested in it, particularly if it's based on the incredibly lazy patriotism angle.

When you have a ppv every nine minutes it's not realistic to expect a feud to end after one ppv.

And I realize I'm using the term "feud" in the loosest possible way.

so wait, I didn't watch but watched a 20 minute recap video....Randy Orton just didn't appear on Smackdown?

THATS how they decided to book the Punjabi Prison match if they were just gonna move along to Jinder/Cena? Hey here's a crazy idea! Jinder proves tough and strong and holds in his own match and wins clean and moves on to Cena strong and as a believable opponent.

It's like WWE is legitimately trying to take the worst line possible in every hand on every street.

Also, while I just saw a 3 minute highlight, the triple threat match looked sick, between 3 super over top dogs for a title belt, why are they giving this **** away on free TV 3 weeks before Summerslam?

WWE WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

Mr. Money in the Bank always jobs a ton. Nothing that happens between now and whenever Corbin cashes in matters at all to his heat, because when you become WWE Champion, your past disappears.

Heel champions can't win matches without the help of at least 2 or three other guys. See the reigns of Owens and Rollins. I want to say A.J. was different, but I don't remember seeing him wrestle anyone but Ambrose and receiving unintentional assistance from Ellsworth.

lol, what claim does Nakamura have to the wwe championship right now? It's like Shane just pulled his name out of a hat.

Is Road Dogg really in control of SD creative? I didn't think it could be possible to turn SD into this big a piece of crap so fast.

I mean he hasn't lost a match since joining SD. Owens & AJ are battling for the fake title. Corbin has a title match whenever he wants. Who else would you say is kayfabe next in line?

He just hasn't feuded with anyone in the main event scene. Wins against enhancement talent don't mean anything, and he hasn't even looked dominant, he was in battles with Dolph Ziggler where Dolph looked pretty strong.

I don't think Nakamura shouldn't be in the main event picture, I think WWE has booked him terribly, and to just say oh now he's #1 contender based on how they've booked him is silly and inconsistent.

If he came out himself and argued why he should be in the mix by cutting an average promo or something (impossible bc he can't speak english, but just saying) then i'd be more OK with it. Him not even appearing in the segment was just lame.

Tye Dillinger has won 90% of his matches since his call up too, maybe he should get a title opp

also, the Orton storyline just isn't (or shouldn't be) over yet. He's been screwed in 5 straight ppv losses, with the last one the most egregious. Kayfabe he should be demanding justice for the umpteenth time.

So to throw Nak into the mix with Orton and Cena just makes things dumb and messy

When was the last time Cena won a singles match? Before Nak, I'd guess.

Unwatchable is a slight stretch, but the quality has dropped off the map and it's really sad. The only thing keeping me engaged with WWE is the Network and the fact that Stephanie McMahon has been off TV since Mania

If you think it's bad now just wait until Cena beats Jinder, and Corbin cashes in on Cena.

I mean you're obv right, but this has way more to do with Nakamura being an atrocious wrestling character than anything. WWE wants to push the guy bc smarks think he's sweet, but he can't get over on the mic. So they have him roll through his competition and give him a #1 contender match against the strongest guy in company. How else are they supposed to do it? Have him give another awful and uncomfortable promo where he smiles weird contorts his body and says 7 words? The fact of the matter is they're trying to keep him as strong as possible, if he was forced to go head to head with Cena on the mic any shred of credibility he has a wrestler would disappear.
