I have a similar thought except it's "I'm too old for wrestling. This is dog ****, it's not going to change, and it's not what I want out of wrestling. It's probably time to give up WWE stuff.".

I mean this is supposed to be the most compelling period of the year and its just stupid. May RAWs used to be better than this

HHH is begging for a reaction 2 weeks before WM, just sad all around

It gets said a lot, but this is the worst mania build. Nothing outside of jericho/owens feels like it has any heat or meaning.

I mean on one brand we have their main event two weeks before mania requiring a video package because nobody is there. On the other, the dude burning down someones house after convincing them they were friends is getting cheers.

On one brand the authority figure is fighting a top guy because he cost rollins the title 7 months ago and it wasnt brought up again until January. On the other, the authority figure is fighting a top guy because he's treated the top guy unfairly story wise (no one on one rematch, told him win a match and youre in then took it away) but the authority figure is the face?

Both brands have a cluster**** multiperson match for their womens title and no match for their tag titles I recall.

The only match that had any heat was owens and jericho. It got pushed to the side so Brock could look strong again or something.

It just makes no sense this year. Very disappointing given it had a lot of potential (taker/cena, styles/orton, roman/joe, bray/braun just seems so much better across the board)

I know there is still time, but there has been no sign of New Day tonight. Interesting. Understandable, but interesting

It's mostly been **** for much longer than a year-plus.

I gave up watching WWE episodes (of anything) 3-4 years ago. I just catch the good/great matches after the fact.

It's really sad for me because the WWE could easily be absolutely sensational, and still achieve all the business things they want as well (mainly thinking about appealing to kids ... you can do that and still tell good stories/put on good matches).

Did anyone else think Taker hurt himself on the choke slam he gave Stroman?

really makes me mad that they've dragged along Strowman as the little ***** in the middle of this Reigns-Taker "feud". Like hes a gnat they just flick away getting in the way of them.

I am a huge Undertaker fan, but I couldn't agree more with this. This story has gotten so tired among the part timers and Reigns. They are like gods fighting men whenever they feud with anyone. It is particularly annoying with Reigns, because at least with the part timers we only have to see it once or twice a year, and they are well respected legends that attract a wide fan base, but Reigns has turned half the roster into a joke, and many of the people he has done this to had promising futures.

Another frustrating part of this storyline specifically is that Braun is being inserted into the feud nonsensically, with much better approaches clearly available. Like, Undertaker could have interfered in the fastlane match, or it could have been a no contest and he appears, or whatever. Instead, they took what had to me one of the paths that damaged Strowman the most, and one I wouldn't have even considered in having him back down from Undertaker. Then, the same thing here. Why does Undertaker even attack Strowman who has shown no interest in fighting him, and turn his back to Reigns, who he is beefing with and is hot for revenge after the chokeslam? It's like WWE goes out of their way to ruin talent.

If there were 3-4 weeks until Mania, I would say that it feels like they are looking to set up a three way match at Mania between Taker, Reigns, and Stroman. I guess they could do it next week, but that would just be terrible. That is unless Taker has told them he just can't go one on one.

Bomani Jones has a bit on his radio show where he, an Atlanta Falcons fan growing up, talks about getting himself "off that narcotic" because the Falcons beat their fan base down so much.

With WWE, after looking at the Raw results from last night, I'm this close to being totally off that narcotic.

Still time for Braun to be special guest referee

Gee, if only they had a young star with a "legend killer" gimmick they could've spent Undertaker's capital on 10 years ago

Hate Roman but there is still a way to get mileage out of this .... have him squash Taker in 3 minutes then after the match pick his corpse up and superpunch him one more time.
