I agree with this logic, especially since there's really no difference between the status of a pre-show match and a lower tier PPV match. (One might even argue that the pre-show matches are often of a higher importance than some of the main PPV matches.)

Rule stands for today obviously because people's picks were made with that rule in mind; we can discuss changing after this PPV but I'm inclined to leave it to up the difficulty factor
