Anyway, Warrior was fine. Jake was ****ing awesome. Good to see Razor though I'm glad they kept it short. Everything else was whatever.

razor had so much more to say, and because lita/mr. t spoke for 75 mins combined, he didn't get to say it. that was truly disappointing. warrior spoke for another 45 min or an hour.

what was this dvd woya keeps referring too?

I enjoyed Warrior's speech. It wasn't what I was expecting, but still good. I was hoping he would go on a rant about that DVD, though.

They put out a smear DVD about the Warrior like a decade ago. Like a full 75-90 minutes of documentary just ripping on him. Lots of different workers talking about how terrible he was and what a complete ******* he was.

Called "The Self-Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior."

Razor was more of a **** up in life then Jake but he didn't go on about it even though he has in several other interviews he has done.

The check thing was about something they detailed in the DVD. Like he was scheduled to be in the main event at SummerSlam, and then right before the show he cornered Vince and demanded that Vince fork over some big extra payday for him or he'd refuse to go on. Vince caved and paid him and then instantly fired him as soon as the match was over.

last time i saw razor was on this espn e: 60 short documentary like 5 years ago and he looked like he was ready to keel over. pill addicted junkie that was so ****ed up they had subtitles on the screen.

the bad guy looked a trillion times better tonight. and when he walked out from behind that curtain, and he was able to not only stand on his own, but walk and talk at the same time, i felt really good. he was my favorite, and im happy hes alive and well.

edit: thanks for clarification lkj. you know a lot about the industry, and all these small details.

I thought that check he took out was from Summerslam 91 where he refused to wrestle unless Vince paid him X amount of dollars. I'm probably wrong.

Hasn't there been information leaked lately that indicates that's not really how it went down? He referenced the letters that he and Vince wrote to each other regarding SummerSlam.

Well, it's Vince's side of the story, it was him who actually told that story on the DVD. Warrior's side was that he was owed back pay from WrestleMania or some such thing.

Agreed with this. Lita's speech was terrible, Mr. T's speech was somewhat amusing but mostly terrible, Jake's speech stole the show, the Paul Bearer stuff was cool, Razor should have gotten more time and deserved more, I have no idea who Carlito inducted so I didn't care, Warrior's was good, but not great.

Razor was pretty dull while he was talking, maybe it would have picked up but I didn't feel sad when it just ended.

Cliffs on what made Lita's speech so bad?

To be fair, I'm not sure that we can accuse WWE of allowing Mr. T to take all that time. Think he just took more than he was supposed to and then they finally exercised the nuclear option to stop the madness.

Lita was boring

Mr t was boring and the fact he's a celebrity made it worse

Colon speaking a bunch in Spanish was very rude and inconsiderate

Everything else was solid I guess
