I do think that the obscene amount of time they have to fill in a week is a big culprit. As awful as it is, it's not difficult to see how the booking team would resort to tired formulas to fill a bunch of the airtime.

My guess is that they're not unaware of the situation. HHH talked about it in his Austin podcast, how manufacturing that extra hour of Raw every week really takes its toll.

Well it's led to Smackdown becoming a pretty good show (mostly with table scraps at that), but yeah Raw seems pretty hopeless right now.

Aside from Enzo and Cass, who are in the main event scene now, who else is a Raw tag team?

PS I watch every hour of wrestling (almost every minute but I have to fast forward some stuff) every week and this is a serious question.
