Goodfather and Godfather were two distinct characters with different names and at different times. I don't think he was ever announced as Corporate Kane, and he interchanged between the two often iirc. I did consider that the two rulings may contradict each other a little though but I'm happy with it.

There is one ruling later that I really wasn't sure about though.
