It wasn't pretty. Saw a video someone posted that looked to be sitting within 10 feet of disko on Instagram. Cass was screaming obscenities and then started crying. There's also a video on WWE's twitter of his leg getting immobilized and walking out on crutches.

I doubt WWE knew anything about Jones.

What a POS though.

Asuka vacated the NXT women's title at the last tapings. Reports are she's going to Raw as soon as the collarbone is healed.

Man, she really didn't want to suffer a loss. Looking forward to Asuka being pinned in her debut by Alexa.

A couple of interesting wrestling-related articles on tonight's fight...Conor is defending the lineal Brawl for All title tonight against Mayweather:

And Terry Funk's experience with Leon Spinks in FMW in Japan (yes, the same promotion that had the legendary Funk-Cactus Jack hardcore match):

Not really. Brawl for All is an MMA title and tonight is a boxing match. If you count boxing matches, than Butterbean lost a boxing match (Billy Zumbrun in 2001) before he lost his MMA fight (Sudo in 2003).

If you count boxing, than Tyson Fury is apparently the current holder.

Slight update on this. He's expected to be out for 9 months. Enzo lost battle after battle but won the war. Also, he was on 205 Live this past week because...

So Sexy Star continues to be a piece of ****. She was in a 4 way at AAA show and just started shooting on the other women in the match. She put Rosemary from TNA in a legit armbar and dislocated her shoulder. Whole industry outside of Mexico that didn't turn on her after the Mundo/Taya stuff has turned on her now.

A bunch of the wrestlers I follow on Twitter are going HAM on her, and rightly so. Wouldn't be surprised if she's totally blackballed by the business before too long.

Is there back story on all of this. This is the first time I have seen anything about her

Here is the match for those interested. This is one of the worst matches I have ever seen in my life.

Apparently she's the JBL of Mexican womens wrestling. Bully with friends in high places. I read up on the Mundo/Taya stuff after posting and I don't think she had anything to do with that.

The recent story is that there was a lot of tension backstage at Triplemania. In the match she started shooting with Lady Shani, Shani then gave it back. Then in the finish she basically intentionally injured Rosemary who had nothing to do with the beef. After it happened Star tried to play it off on social media as a work, wrestling world isn't pleased.

This is by far the funniest of the wrestler reactions:

There are quite a lot of Lucha Underground people calling Sexy Star out and none that I can find defending her. Says a lot when the people who should know you well don't come to your defense.

Rosemary has said what we already knew. Sexy Star injured her on purpose after the match was over.

PWI500 Top 10

1. Okada
2. Styles
3. Owens
4. Reigns
5. Omega
6. Nakamura
7. Joe
8. Ambrose
9. Roode
10. Miz
This is from mid June 2016-mid June 2017 and based on kayfabe accomplishments.

I don't get Nakamura on here. Didn't Joe a have longer reign with the NXT belt? Owens makes sense but I'd switch him and Roman. I get the argument for having Ambrose on here but it tilts me so much since he's so ****ing bad. It also blows my mind that an IC title holder from NJPW (Naito and/or Tanahashi) aren't on this list.

Okada's the first Japanese wrestler to get #1. Well deserved as he held the IWGP belt the entire year that this is looking at.

Braun belongs somewhere between #3 and #6.

I'm only just starting to follow NJPW, but Naito not being in the top 10 is absurd, right?

I think so. He held the IC belt for 259 days of that period including a successful defense vs. Tanahashi at WrestleKingdom. If they're going to put Roman #4 for no discernible reason besides holding the US belt for 4 months and defeating The Undertaker at WM, it only stands to reason that Naito should be 4 and Roman 5.

This seems impossible. It's a kayfabe accomplishment list. Everyone on that list held a title but Omega who won the 2016 G-1 tournament which is much more important to NJPW than the IC/US belts are for WWE.
