The Pope. He was Elijah Burke in WWE. Had a semi decent singles run in TNA for about 5 mins but he's awful on commentary. TNA's biggest angle right now seems to be a feud between the 2 other commentators, Josh Matthews and Jeremy Borash.

Was going to ask the same question when I posted, I can't think of anyone and it's amazing that this guy has a contract. I did a quick google and he's 37 as well. Not sure how anyone can see him as marketable.

I don't know how recently you have watched SDL, but Otunga has improved well beyond the trash level. He isn't great by any stretch, but to call him trash means you either haven't been watching or aren't paying attention

I'd thought about this too but I think it boils down to not having local jobbers all the time. Every single wrestler is a "star" now so when they get injured it's actually news. Nobody cares when Duane Gill gets injured.

Less degens masking the injuries with drugs/working hurt as well. If you were injured back in the day then you didn't get paid so they just worked through it and didn't tell their promoters.
