I'm a moron. Yes, Ricochet is on the show. Been so long since I've seen the guy that I forgot what he looked like and couldn't have been bothered to look at people's names. Yes, he's still wrestling as Puma in LU.

Kenny Omega has big star potential that will never get realized outside of Japan because he probably won't wrestle in WWE or ROH again for a long time. He's a huge otaku and is in his dream spot atm anyway. He's super over the top but it's great. Really impressive in the ring as well. One of the most under appreciated wrestlers atm.

Also has one of the best themes ever.

Hope AJ Styles is as close to 100% for this event. Most looking forward to that match.

Really wish NJPW would do a simple 2v2 for the tag belt on one of these big shows.

I realized that Tanahashi won his title shot against Okada. I had no idea he actually won a Money in the Bank style briefcase, though. It's even the same color as WWE's briefcase.

Yeah, that's kind of lame. They take things from WWE once in a while and don't bother to change it/them. If I wasn't so tired, I'd think of an example but that's definitely not the only thing of the last couple of years. To be fair to the MitB idea, NJPW had the golden case before WWE did.

Maybe the winner of the G-1 could walk around with a clipboard or something

Apparently his match at Final Battle vs. Jay Lethal was superb so it sounds like he's ready to go. Sadly, it means he's likely to lose as he'll take time off after WK. I'm most looking forward to Okada vs. Tanahashi because they always knock it out of the park but just behind that is AJ/Shinsuke, KUSHIDA/Omega, and Ishii/Shibata.

I don't follow closely but it seems to me that bullet club is an underdog in all of their matches

AJ is clearly in pain but he was able to do a lot in that Final Battle match.

Maybe a tad too much. He took a pretty big table bump there, amongst other bumps that a guy with a documented injured back should not have taken. It was a solid match, and, at least, he managed to hit his big moves, sans the Styles Clash, and him and Lethal were able to have a great match.

At least, he's got a decent amount of downtime to recoup a little more before the match against Nakamura.

WrestleKingdom 10 is officially sold out. Standing room only mother****er. Can't wait for this.

9 was awesome, I can't imagine WK10 doesn't deliver as well.

The Phenomenal One says he's good to go for Wrestle Kingdom. Of course, what he says and how he actually is could be different, but I feel confident that Styles is physically well enough to deliver the match he wants with a formidable opponent in Nakamura.

All right, a little more than a day now around this time until it starts. I'm way too hyped for this event than I should be. Strong card I see here. I'm willing to watch this long into the early mornings until like 5 AM PST. Can't say the same if Wrestlemania took place around that time.

The past few years, I've been watching WM as a background thing except for 2 or 3 matches. WK has me hyped for at least 5 matches. Much like you, I'm hyped as hell. Almost staying up late tonight so it's easier tomorrow and I don't fall asleep

Due to some **** life circumstances I'm going to miss the live WK event. I took all of my money out of my bank to change it while I moved this past week/weekend. NJPW charged my card on the 19th so I thought I'd be good but apparently they check it the first or some **** like that and if it's no good, you can't get it. So. ****ing. Mad.

I'd go get a gift card at WalGreens up the street but the ev just doesn't seem to be there. Perhaps it's worth what Raptor coined, "happiness ev".

I don't even think they take gift cards. I got a Visa gift card for the purpose of purchasing NJPW World, but it didn't take. Apparently, those gift cards don't work for online companies outside of the US.

On Reddit, somebody mentioned that the Mastercard gift works.
