AXS has seasons of NJPW come out. They're mostly outdated the last I heard. Like showing last years stuff. But they show the best of which is just phenomenal stuff. It's available on DM if you search AXS NJPW.

On forums it seems that everybody thinks AJ vs Tanahashi is a no doubt 5* match and match of the tournament long before Meltzer came out with these ratings. I haven't seen any of those yet, but I definitely plan to.

Shibata/Ibushi is also getting rave reviews from fans but no idea what Meltzer gave it.

I just finished Ishii vs Honma from last years G-1 on Day 4. Match was insane. The first 3-4 minutes, you could hear a pin drop because the crowd seemingly didn't care but the last 10-12 minutes, they ranged from on the edge of their seat to flat out deafening loudness.

NJPW was at the recent ROH tapings and I'm pissed I read the results. Some awesome sounding matches went down. They also announced that the ROH/NJPW relationship was "stronger than ever" and that ROH will do some shows in Japan.

What this doesn't say is that for October, NJPW World (NJPW Network) is free. The King of Pro Wrestling ppv is like their SummerSlam ppv fwiw. It should be great. The main event is Okada vs AJ Styles for the IWGP belt. Tanahashi takes on Naito, Makabe vs Ishii, and Evan Bourne vs Kenny Omega.

I actually think non-WWE Matt Striker is pretty good on commentary and might be the best PBP guy with a job atm. Kevin Kelly is so boring though. Terrible decision but he was probably really cheap compared to Mauro and JR and it keeps the relationship with ROH going.

Free for this month, ehhh? Where's the link to it? I was already intrigued by the big matches on this card anyway, especially Okada vs Styles.

All right, I'll take a watch of this. Naito/Evil vs. Anderson/Gallows looks a little interesting with heel vs heel, heck I may be incline to root for Guns and Gallows, there, just on how Naito has built himself as heel. Goto/Shibata vs Nakamura/Ishii looks to be the one that I would look forward to.

Checked out the 1st day of the Tag League. Didn't really expect much, but I really enjoyed the overall show. The undercard tag matches were decent enough, to a certain degree, except one (the 3rd one).

All the tag league matches were very good given the dynamics of the wrestlers that were in it. The last two matches were really good. I wouldn't have thought too much of the main event given Yoshi-Hashi was in it, but he had his work boots on and sold a lot for Elgin who looked really good as well and of course, you had the Okada/Tanahashi parts which was fine and serve its purpose to build up their WK 10 match.

Overall, I had a good time despite staying up until 4 AM to watch it live.

Damn. I totally forgot it was on today. I'll have to go back and check that out.

This event is going to be off the ****ing chain! The top 4 matches + KUSHIDA vs. Omega are going to be incredible. Can't wait!

I know it isn't unusual for guys to take one time bookings in other promotions, but is Ricochet still in Lucha Underground?

Isn't Omega the comedy guy? Am I correct in thinking he is the guy who wrestled the little girl?

He's sort of over the top but I wouldn't necessarily categorize him as a full blown comedy gimmick. I really like his promos

He's that guy. Also had a great comedy match with Bryan at PWG's 100th show. Guy is dripping charisma and can wrestle damn good.
