This episode also includes the strangest thing ever: "Paul pulled me aside and and brought me two steaks from Vince's office. He always stole a couple of Vince's afternoon steaks and brought them to me." - Brock Lesnar.
What the ****? So Vince always has steaks? He has them multiple times throughout the day? He keeps all of them in his office? Paul would always steal them for Brock? So weird. I do assume they're not all for him but I am still left with those questions. Amazing that "The Yeast Incarnate" was born here. I'll never look at him the same when they call him "The Beast Incarnate".
The quotes in Brock's quotes are hilarious. For example, "I was going to take on Hogan....others had jumped or attacked him to build interest in an upcoming match." Jack, "I want you to know that 'jumped' and 'attacked' are in quotes because it's fake". ****ing hilarious. As well as putting quotes around "defeated" when describing beating The Rock at SummerSlam.
None of that book changes my opinion on him. If anything, I like him a lot more. Honestly, he's just a more talented Roman Reigns. Reigns doesn't have any love for the business either and doesn't want to be there but he has no backup options this big. As JP mentions, Brock always went out and gave 110% and to me, that's all that matters. Brock's 2002-04 run is one of the best 2 year runs in wrestling history. He was amazing until the suplex gimmick.
Also, Kevin Nash as Moses is so ****ing funny and HBK is literally insane.
edit: also Brock saying, "it wasn't about who was better or who would really win. Come on now, that's ridiculous.". Brock insulting every single wrestling fan. Not too shabby.
