Tully is awesome, and the 'shoot interviews' with him are definitely worth the time to listen to, but Jake Roberts on the mic? I should have to pay for that.
Dustin was pretty good at doing those attitude era promos Russo wrote for him, and before that trying to talk like his dad, but his dad was a one man promo making machine.
Lawler is garbage now but was quite good for a very long time. Douglas has one classic promo, and was relatively forgettable otherwise.
Jesse Ventura is one of a handful of color commentators that would occasionally make wrestling watchable simply by his words alone. He also was an ace on promos when he was a wrestler. Styles is great, but not in the same tier.
I had some great Hayes promos bookmarked but they were taken down. I enjoy a lot of what Nash did, but Hayes was still easily better on vocals.

Easy round, didn't really have to think about any of them. Can't stand both Lawler and Douglas but there was a time in my life where Lawler was actually funny so he wins that.

Hayes was obviously one of my misfires for seeding if he's going to trash Nash this hard. Granted it wasn't a tough decision for my vote, but I'm a pretty big hater on all things Nash.
In any case, I won't be reseeding this one as it seems like the number of significant misseedings is pretty low compared to the greatest matches tourney.
And thankfully these matches are suddenly going to become a lot tougher/more interesting when the second round starts tomorrow. I had PJ just change the title to lift "first round" out...I think this tourney is small enough that we can confine all of the voting and discussion to this one thread.
