I am sitting watching Superbrawl 1993 and enjoying the opening tag match with Pillman and Austin. Anyway, for some reason, it got me thinking that the midcard is so crowded in WWE. If I ran the show, I would fire (in no particular order):

1). Dean Ambrose. I think he has proven that, without the shield, he isn't very effective. It has been mentioned a bunch on here, but his offense is just so weak looking that it makes me cringe. Whoever said that he looks as if he is role-playing is spot on.

2). Ziggler. I'm sure I will get hate for this, but there is more to wrestling than laying on the mat.

3). Miz. His Miz TV is consistently bad. Very bad. If you are gonna give a midcarder a segment, give it to Xavier Woods as he doesn't have the tag titles and is natural on the mic. It would also be great for.him to eventually do something very heelish and have the rest of New Day finally go full blown mean.

4). BNB....oh yes I did. I think he would be a good one to release and bring back in a year, although he has kinda done this with his injuries.

5). Kane

My focus was the midcard because of all the NXT talent available and trying to find their spot. It would be nice without such a crowded mid/lower card to give people some real time. Interested to hear others opinions and see which wrestler is most likely to be fired by the forum as a whole.

Don't agree with Ambrose at all. Yes, he's very limited. But he's over. He can be a solid mid-card guy for quite a while.

Rest is pretty good. Flair was talking about how great Miz is on the mic and I just don't see it.

That's fair. He is over. Although he appears to be slowly losing some momentum, which is why I think him and Reigns are back together (for both wrestlers really). It was cool when he was trending toward stone cold Ambrose but then he went just silly crazy to who knows what now.

It was nice to have an actual "omg I hate your guts and just want to get my hands on you" feud. The feud still hasn't finished afaik. Perhaps someday. But, we're more likely to get a Shield reunion than have a finish to that feud.

1 and 2 on your list really arent good candidates because they both get strong reactions from the crowds. I think Miz is excellent on the mic and would like to see him eventually transition into a manager type role of the WWE ever went back to that. BNB appears to be really talented but as long as I have been watching which is about a year, he seems to go on hiatus for different reasons which stunts his growth. Kane is really the only one on this list that I agree with, and that is only because he is past his prime. Way past. He seems to be the type of guy that would be valuable in a mentorish type deal behind the scenes, but I would all but remove him from TV.

With all of that said, Ill give you 5 different guys I think the WWE could lose without missing a beat. Granted my guys are skewed closer to the bottom of the card, but these are my 5.

3. Macho Mandow
4. R-Truth
5. Goldust

As for who will be the consensus of who needs to go on this forum, Im guessing far an away the top two will be Kane and Big Show. As I said before I dont disagree with Kane, but I still have plans for Big Show in a part time role

Big Show seems like a good announcer. But a lot of guys seem good in a part time announcing role, from New Day to R-Truth. Who knows how good he would be once the ear barking and rules are in full effect.

I don't understand how the same person could do the best Miz impression and the worst Randy Savage one. Fire Macho Mandow, have him come back as something else.

If we're talking about whose firing would improve the product based on screen time/creative devotion being wasted any answer but 1. Lawler is objectively wrong. So the 5 non lawlers im going with:

1. Kane. In the poorly acted words of Walter Jr. 'Why! Are you still! Uh-live?!'
2. Groundhog BrAIDS cuz I've had enough. 3 years of the same 1 promo. They took an awesome shtick and buried it into the ground
3. Shame-us. He's so bad. The best thing people can say about him is at times he's ok. For the accolades and pushes 'at times he's ok' is clearly insufficient and these pushes could have been used on someone, anyone better (BNB). The only 3 promos by him I remember are 'im back' only cuz it was a debut of that idiotic haircut, his part in H and pals cuz it was the worst promo ever done and the one where he eats a burrito and farts/****s in ADR's car cuz it's not racism if you're a face #BeAStar
4. Ryback. Can't talk can't wrestle his to-the-moon headlining PPV push would have went to big e if not for ryback being the exact model of what Vince jerks off to. **** this guy
5. Roman Reigns. Maybe he's improved. Don't care. Go away

Fandango, Adam Rose, Cameron, Los Matadores. 5 guaranteed to never win another title in their career in E or be a candidate for a push.

Sad to say this, but Ziggy. Love him but I feel like he is at that stage where he is never going to get anywhere by pushing on due to bad booking. Needs to go and wreck TNA, and come back at a Rumble in a year or two with a rocket on his ass.

Not including Divas since I'd only keep Sasha. I don't think they should be picked here anyhow, they're Divas, not wrestlers

Randy Orton - He's just done everything in the 'E that there is to do. Nothing will come up that'll be interesting for him and that's mostly because he's a charisma vacuum. Cena is the same but with charisma, can talk decently, and puts on great matches. Orton has the tools to have a great match, but when was his last one?
Ambrose - This goofy mother****er can take a hike. Sometimes it's hard to differentiate if he's a serious character or a comedy character.
Kane - See below
Big Show - No explanation needed
Usos - They've had enough time. They suck and there's a litany of great tag teams that can come up through NXT

I was considering more of the midcard as I assumed most the tag division and lower card are a given. I feel like Big Show is the only true big guy left, so he can serve some purpose. Kane and Big Show esssientially serve the same role right now. One of them can go.

This isn't to your point, but I cannot handle Big Show at the announce table mainly due to his voice and I have a hard time understanding him at times.

Your Ziggler comment is the angle I took with 4 out of 5 of my guys. I was thinking more about stale midcarders that need to go away and perhaps come back later.
