Date #2 wasn't very exciting until late. We went for dinner, then went to a pub and met some friends after, then we went back to her place and watched a movie, then did some good stuff (sexy time), then I went home.

I wouldn't say we're dating, but we're "seeing" each other for sure.

It's been a super mild year for us. We only had one week so far of -40 weather. We've consistently been in the -5 - -15 degrees C range, which is very very nice.

Last Saturday it was only -4 and I wasn't the only one outside in shorts, sandals, and a t-shirt.

Cons:
*Causes death, destruction, chaos and filth.

Pros:
*It's pretty and you can make snow angels!

Does "adapting" include obtaining magical powers to turn the rest of the world into competent snow drivers? Because that's sort of a significant part of the risk.

It shouldn't be just your obligation to adapt, but others as well. Although I do see your point on this one.

I don't know, I mean maybe it's just because of where I live, but we have very few accidents related to snow and ice compared to other parts of Canada and especially USA#1. I've been in two accidents in my day (totalled 2 cars), but neither were because of road conditions. Rather, they were because of ****ing deer.

Yeah, most law students aren't too stoked about being lawyers, but I'm strangely happy with my choice of profession assuming I can get over the final hurdles and get my bar membership by year's end.
