I was just thinking, "on Smackdown, this is when they would put in a commercial break. Luckily this is a PPV."

Of course, they then put in a commercial.

My god if they did exactly that with Reigns this year (after he wins the Universal) I would mark so ****ing hard lol

Wait it's started? I thought pre-show started in an hour. Gonna go in to the bush to look for a watering hole now.

The actual event is just over an hour away.

Yeah I get it now, pre-show happens before the advertised start of the show. Makes sense.

I don't actually watch a lot of WWE now except for replays and reports. One of the reasons I'm in for this RR... it's a day off work here in Auckland

In for tonight. Think this ends up better than Takeover for the first time in a while

Rewatching the GOAT right now. Unbelievable in hindsight that they could hold it 1) in the afternoon, and 2) in Albany.

Potential spoiler about odds:

Spoiler:
Wow, those odds on 5dimes have a certain person (no spoiler) at a -3000 favorite.

Seems a bit predictable even tho anything is possible that HHH will enter the rumble and Seth Rollins will come down eliminating him setting the stage for a match at WM.

Has there ever been a weaker tag team championship reign than Cesaro & Sheamus. Two guys who were jobbing to the New Day for months have been destroying them for the last month.

They're doing a two hour pre-show?! Before the four hour actual show?

What's wrong with these people?

Please, please put in spoiler tags anything about odds.

Even just saying "Favourite X is predictable" or "Favourite Y is an outsider" even without saying their name is saying a lot.

Also rofl at Booker's "They just broke the glass ceiling"

Exactly what glass ceiling did two able-bodied white men break Booker?

In for the PPV. Nothing else going on tonight and likely my favourite PPV of the year so lets go. Ill try to keep bitching to a minimum.

I don't think there's much danger of Dids showing up and enforcing this FWIW.

When 1/3 of the matches are taking place before the show officially starts, it's no longer a pre-show. It's the actual show. They expect people to be able to watch six straight hours to see all the matches?

Can't wait till Wrestlemania is a 24 hour event.

It already is close if you include NXT and post-Mania Raw... 12 hours at least

The last time I did this, it was SummerSlam. I instantly regretted it. Even remarking in that thread that I thought the ppv was over after the AJ/Cena or Finn/Seth and didn't realize there were two more matches (filler + Orton/Brock). More isn't always better. I think it's universally (pun intended for sure) frowned upon by fans of the 'E.
