The pinfall rate on an AA these days has to be clearly below 50%. He very rarely wins matches on one finisher anymore.

I'm sort of a casual follower, but it feels like across smackdown/raw there are a million belts, and each belt basically has one champ and one challenger and thats it.

The pool of people vying for each belt is two.

I guess I'm not sure what people are referencing with Cena working like a heel, but I have missed segments with connection problems.

Not really. It's just that AJ is supposedly the heel, but basically wrestles babyface (just like Seth during his run in 2015, after he fired J&J).
