Most Mexican title matches/main events are 2/3 falls. That's the best I got.

Mauro and Renee used to work together in Toronto doing post-shows for Raw and SD. Think Kyle Edwards was involved there until everyone got hired away, though his name is Arda Ocal or something like that. Former ref Jimmy Corderas is doing that stuff now.

Wonder if AdR will do the mask pull off spot again. Since Kalisto's mask isn't tied on, it comes off really easily, leading to awkwardness where the mask is off, but AdR pretends that it is not and puts it back on.

He used to do the Raw and Smackdown postgame shows up here in Canada with Renee. He's one of the most knowledgeable guys on wrestling that I've ever heard.

True. Last good singles 2/3 falls match was Bryan/Sheamus at ER 2012 which was phenomenal.

Yep. It shouldn't come into every damn 2 of 3 falls match. And the announcers shouldn't enable it by pretending to not know what the heel is doing. And JBL should be shoveled in the face for calling it a "brilliant strategy."

I'd say it's worse because the victim has to actively do a sit-up while the aggressor delivers. At least with Rey's, they just have to hang there.
