I think Dave is still using the sort of baseline he established 30 years ago when Junkyard/Junkfood Dog and Hillbilly Jim types filled up much of the card for WWF PPVs, much of the rest was filled by even slower guys, and half of the matches were either really short, or ones he wished were really short. He probably should update it so the ratings don't look so inflated.
