they don't really have any idea what to do with Kalisto. Is every one of his singles feuds just going to be 'Little guy vs big guy'? I couldn't care less about either of his feuds thus far.

He's a good worker and talented, and maybe it's not his fault but I just have no interest in all at Kalisto as a character, and don't see myself changing that.

Honestly, the sooner they get the belt off him and put the Lucha Dragons back in the tag division, the better. Even if that means Ryback as US champ.

As I read the last sentence of this post and feel nothing but apathy, it strikes me that I've officially been beaten into submission with regard to the midcard belts. It would be horrifying for Ryback to win a meaningful title, but after years of pointlessly holding out some faint hope that they might actually resurrect their dead titles to some meaningful extent, I think that I've finally passed out in a pool of my own blood.

And now big match John will come back and make the U.S. title meaningful again.

Though of course we know now that as soon as he is out of the title picture the belt goes back to not mattering at all.

Heck, they show PPV's in sports bars over here. Well, until Sky **** it up and we have to go to someone's house and watch it through the network

edit @geronimo - sky don't care as they'll still get idiots that pay 20 quid for it, plus the most recent month of raw/smackdown is blacked out on the network, if nobody pays for mania it's not really costing them anything if they have any sense

Most Hooters I've been to/been dragged to showed WWE PPV's.

I don't remember if it was here or somewhere else where it was rumored that WWE was piping in boos for Roman, but apparently in addition to that on tonight's show they left the "You still suck" chants in when doing the RAW recap.

Definitely wasn't reported here. I thought about it but decided not to. I saw on WF someone mentioned that in a thread title. It's interesting but I brushed it off as them not being able to accurately judge.

There may have been a stipulation added to a match

Spoiler:
According to several fans who recently arrived in Dallas, Texas for WrestleMania 32 Week, there are several posters in the Dallas area showing Roman Reigns vs. Triple H as being a No Disqualification match for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Makes sense: having a ref bump lead to interference really cheapens the ME of the biggest PPV of the year. Either no DQ or should be an entirely clean match

Well there goes my idea of making it a WM17 like surprise.

Apparently as of now Shane/Taker is scheduled to go on last. It says something about your booking that the over two year long storyline for the main title is so bad they can't have it main event WM.

Only one WM main event has ever featured two wrestles who wrestle under their birth name. Name it!

Brock Lesnar vs. Eddie Guerrero? I don't remember if that went on last.

It did go on last . . . but not at Wrestlemania (it was the main event of No Way Out, the February PPV).

Lesnar vs Angle went on last.

Lesnar/Angle is correct.

The only other possible match in the future that would qualify is Lesnar/Cena. I think the only other active wrestlers using their real names are Mark Henry and Shane McMahon, both of whom are probably in their last WM.

We would need a miracle but Nakamura would qualify.

Even most announcers use fake names. Ranallo, Garcia, and Lawler use their real names and JBL uses an initialization of his real name. But backstage announcers like Tom Philips, Michael Cole, JoJo, Eden Styles, and Renee Young all use stage names.

Been way too long since I've seen that pic. GOATunga needs to get back on Raw, he pops up here and there on pre-shows and network stuff so he's still around.

Can't wait to see what a mess this becomes.

Amazing when you realize that in the three main event matches, there's only one heel (HHH) and he will prob get more cheers than anyone

The part where the WWE title is rapidly sliding toward the same status is what should really scare you.

Meh, not sure I agree. Certainly the WWE Title is less than it was, but the IC Title and US Title have genuinely reached a point where they are no more meaningful than matches over other props, like Bret Hart's leather jacket or Buff Bagwell's mother.

Granted that we have an absolute trainwreck of a WWE Title match coming up on Sunday (one that could be good in a vacuum, but that us internet smarks are not alone in hating on principle), but the mere fact that the title is still the holy grail that they've scorched the earth to push Roman toward means that unlike the midcard belts, this is an actual title that the company hasn't left for dead.
