That is insane. And I say that as someone who actually watched all 11-plus hours of WM2000.

Is there a one hour post show? I thought I saw that after the show the network goes right into a replay.

stuff getting moved off the main show to make additional time for the 30 minute celebration of Roman Reigns winning the title where Austin, Rock, etc all come out and shake his hand and hit their finishers on HHH and Vince.

I read it was seven hours in total with a four hour main show and two hour pre-show, so concluded it was a 1 hour post show. Maybe somebody made a math error or something.

I thought the same thing because I was wondering where they got Seven hours from as well, then I heard something interesting on Monday. Michael Cole said during his sales pitch that there was " up to seven hours". I wonder if that means we can possibly be looking at an overrun. I mean it doesn't make any sense with there only being seven matches. And also out of those seven I don't expect three of them to get anywhere near 15 minutes.

Plus with the replay starting right after the conclusion of the show and PPV still being a thing, I don't see them going over 4 hours.. But who knows

Vince has been looking at making this the biggest Mania ever for a long time, so it could have a ton of random legends and celebrity stuff.

If I was USA I would be lobbying WWE to never do post-PPV shows. When the end of a PPV is executed well, it's way better to just go completely dark until airtime the following night to allow for more anticipation.

Battle Royale may open show on the main card.

The third annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal will now take place on the main WrestleMania 32 card, according to F4Wonline.com. The wording in WWE's official match preview has changed but they still list it as a "Kickoff" match so perhaps it opens the pay-per-view or begins just a few minutes before the pre-show ends.

At this point I really think they have no idea what Sunday's finished product will look like

I'm bummed that the US title match is on the preshow. Kalisto earned a WM match.

Dumb question, but any way to still order the PPV without using Network?

Always get together at a friend's house and his Internet isn't the best of quality when you add 6-7 people using their phones for various ****, but it's been a tradition for so long that we don't want to move it to another venue.

I'm watching this for free on the Network as I signed up for a free trial... is there some catch here? Why would Sky allow it? (UK)

No catch. WWE has been doing that in the US for 2 years now and hasn't been sued, so I theorize they are on solid legal footing. They even advertise each PPV as being "exclusive" to the WWE Network, leading people to believe they can't watch it anywhere else (as seen above).

Do sports bars typically show Wrestlemania? I will unfortunately be moving this weekend. The good news is that I won't be living in a hotel anymore. The bad news is that, unless there is a cancellation, Comcast can't install my Internet this weekend.

But this is the largest stadium in the US that is realistically a candidate to host a Wrestlemania. (I don't think WWE wants to place Wrestlemania on a college campus, the only places with stadiums bigger than Cowboys Stadium.)

E.g., while they can say "100,000" with a straight face for this WM, they won't be able to next year in Orlando.

EDIT: Wikipedia says that both the Giants/Jets Stadium and the Redskins Stadium are actually larger than Cowboys Stadium. WWE only claims 80,676 in the 82,500 capacity Giants Stadium for WM 29.

Saw on pwinsider I think last week that WWE was informing some places in Europe that will be showing on TV to expect major overrun.

I don't know what to make of this. There are "only" four hours of time allotted on the Network for the show, and the replay start directly after the live show ends. I know it's their network, and they can bump things if they want, but how would you feel if you watch live and made plans to watch the replay. You tune in at 11 PM eastern, and you are watching the end of the main event. Not exactly a great way to keep customers around after the free month is up.

And I just looked at what Comcast has allotted for the broadcast, and they just have 10 1/2 hour block allotted for the show. It starts 30 minutes before the start, so it's only 10 hours for the show, so I guess they have some leeway if it runs long.

8 matches in 4 hours is not enough time? I must be underestimating the amount of useless bull**** they're going to stuff in there.

They have to devote at least 20 minutes to a Funkasaurus comeback dance routine.

There was 11+ hours of WM2000? Was it the "WrestleMania Rage Party" or whatever?

I'm passing on the pre-show as none of the matches interest me, and all of Booker T's nonsense comments will be covered on the Mark Remark.

I'm actually really looking forward to this. I think the show will be garbage for the most part, but the crowd will make up for it. Will be an entertaining night.
