I almost said that, but I'm not sure it's in the category of "so bad it's good".

Would still love to see an LKJ write-up of it, but I've seen a part of that and it's really, really awful. (like it actually forces you to recalibrate your old ratings of other bad matches awful)

I think an LKJ review of LU stuff wouldn't be all that interesting. Unless I'm mistaken, LKJ doesn't watch it, so a lot of the background stuff (which LU relies on more than any other show in wrestling history imo) would be lost on him.

Aztec Warfare I kinda works as a stand alone event, so that might be passable, but anything after that (e.g. Ultima Lucha I) really requires a pretty good knowledge of previous episodes to truly appreciate it.

I'd volunteer to do an LKJ-style review, but I don't have a twentieth of his writing skill.

I did wonder about whether or not it would work to watch that in a vacuum. It is correct that I've never watched it. (Thank you for the kind words on the writing.)

FWIW, if people are recommending stuff that isn't on the Network, YT links would be a necessary measure to get me to consider them. DM links are a non-starter since I can't transmit those to my TV.

BTW I actually watched my suggestion this morning. Was worthwhile. There's a sort of easter egg in the commentary of the last match that nearly had me soil myself.

Excellent choice of you can find a good quality Jim Ross/Matt Stryker version.

Side note: Jim Ross has stated a few times that they either had no cues from the production truck, or all of the cues were in Japanese, so they were basically flying by the seat of their pants.

I don't see it on YT, so it probably doesn't go in the hopper unless someone can link me to a way to watch it on my TV.

Would totally include it if there was a workable way to watch it on my TV, as the positive word of mouth around here has certainly intrigued me.

ECW December To Dismember - I guess it could be borderline misery, but even at the time of me loving everything on WWE TV, I found this pretty bad and imagine you could write a fun summary of how bad it was.

The order below #1 is irrelevant; I'll re-rand every time.

I wasn't exactly rooting for WrestleMania III to come up given that it's one of two on the list that I've seen (maybe three, I might have seen Heat Wave back in the day), but like I said, it's one of the great and legendary ones and deserves the full writeup treatment beyond just the Savage/Steamboat writeup I've done.
