I think the mods are in an awkward spot because he's doing just enough of the mea culpa stuff to make banning look too harsh.

Thing is, erring on the side of leniency toward one comes at the expense of the massive spread of AIDS almost any time he makes a post. It's just looming all over the forum all the time.

There's plenty of precedent on 2p2 to ban guys just for completely sucking at posting. I know killa does it just to carry out personal vendettas at times. This one is blanketing the entire forum so badly that a ban would give us relief in a way that banning idiots like supafrey in OOT didn't have the ability to do since he didn't loom all over every thread.

The "just ignore him" defense doesn't resonate, because there's just no way to get the entire forum to go along with a unified freezeout. People will always be responding. AIDS will continue to be spread. Every thread will be made less readable, no matter what one person individually does.

A ban would be totally justified. It's not okay to be this bad at posting here.

What did I do wrong for you to want me banned? I posted about poker In an off topic thread? I guess that deserves banning. I really think at this point, I have no fight in this battle. You guys flagged me from the beginning and now you all hate me. Which I don't think is fair.

Since he got mercilessly trolled trade has been different. He took his licks and is improving and I think can be good here.

The guy is good spirited and does want to be here and enjoys it. Who are we to decide that just because he posts a level below what we normally have here to ban him. And believe you me, I was so close to banning him multiple times for sucking/trolling, but it just never seemed justified

I understand EMc's position. Well, not the "he can be good here" part, that seems fairly delusional, but I do get where he's coming from even though I disagree with it.

The only positive that ever happened was when we thought he was a gimmick and it all became a really funny running joke. The only positive he brought was by accident. By the accident of sucking so horribly at posting that we assumed that he had to be a Judy gimmick.

Not that I'm trying to argue you out of your current position or challenge your authority, but I just haven't the first idea what puts it in your head that he's been a positive here.

LKJ - Its not that I so badly want to be here, It's just that I enjoy wrestling and like to be part of the community and talk wrestling. It also helps me stay occupied as I said before, I used to be addicted to pills and staying on here and doing other things keep my mind focused and in good spirits.

LOL LKJ I will agree with you that I post ALOT, and I apologize, but I don't think that deserves banning. If anything I'm keeping the threads more active and that's a good thing. Also late at night my medication kicks in more and I tend to blabber. I will definitely cut down on my posting as you guys request.

I just think at this point no matter what I do, you will want me banned and just don't like me for some reason. I've done everything you have asked, now I will cut down on my posting as you asked me too. I think I have been positive here, I've been active since I joined, I joined the fantasy football league, I came up with the idea of the Fantasy Wrestling League. This just comes down to the fact that you just don't like me.

I think the worst is that this guy makes me feel like a snob. Possibly because i am, im not sure. But LKJ saying it feels like he comes straight from the 411 comments section is spot on. I feel for the most part the majority of us have a certain way of watching and critiquing wrestling, and Trade feels so far away from that general posting style that is distracting and for the most part unwelcome. I dont know how to put it any clearer than that Trade. Get a feel for how people here post, how they generally watch and comment about the shows and at least emulate it to a degree. ****, go back and read a couple hundred pages of threadzilla, its pretty easy to see if you are honest with yourself just how far outside of the norm you are

I'm still kind of new, I'm learning. I apologize if it pisses anyone off, I'm working on it. I totally understand what everyone is saying but I don't think getting banned for it is fair, that's all. To be honest I'm getting tired of feuding with people on here, so I will do whatever it takes to be normal

Stop apologizing Trade, LOL at LKJ and anyone else here for getting their jimmies rustled so much by what they find to be inadequate posting and opinions. No need to alter your posting style or amount of posts for Lorne. Just do enough to make sure you don't get banned.

I realize a lot of this is our fault for getting distracted by Trade, but when you have clearly objective views and posting styles from myself, LKJ, Master, and others calling out Trade for being a hinderance to the forum, something has to be done.
