I have a buddy who absolutely hates country music, and I made him a CD of nothing but Brad Paisley's instrumental guitar songs. He loved it and wanted to know who the artist was. Well, when I told him, it looked like his world ended.

People have irrational hate for stuff they know nothing about.

Country concerts are bearable because of the womenz and the beer and tailgating. The key is to get drunk enough so you can't hear the "music"

Well that's refreshing; one person in the SL Skype chat thinks I'm a raging alcoholic (GusJohnsonGOAT) and one thinks it's unbelievable that I ever get drunk (Burdz).

While I do love wine, I rarely order it in bars. One exception was a bar in Bloomington that had half price wine night, which encouraged a lot more people in the bar on those nights to have wine flowing.
