As I think about it more I tend to think that the generic "vs. Steamboat" probably should have been left out in the cold since anyone invoking Flair vs. Steamboat absolutely has to know that there was more than one really high-profile one, but I can understand trying to just go with a bright-line rule to avoid arbitrary rulings in the future.
