I said this a while ago, but for me, it's because her character has changed since she came up. She went from the "Aww Shucks. I'm just happy to be here" girl, to a cream of wheat version of The Boss

she has poor mic skills, I don't find her charismatic, and they just beat the whole 'been fighting hard my whole life to be here' card to death.

Also her offense is just too weak to be believeable as effective for me. Although, her last few matches were better I think

She's been fine but booking is atrocious. She has no credibility. She beat nia because of sasha, beat charlotte because of sasha, and steph came out and told her she needs to give up the title cause she didnt win it fair and square. So she's getting the cowardly heel booking but is a face? it makes no sense. And so nobody is really invested.

yeah, thats definitely a route they could have went. Better than the booking decision they went with, but still not very good to end the feud.

Braun Strowmans character kayfabe would not be satisfied with that finish
