He'll probably make decent money at TNA. He has a marketable look even without the name John Morrison and is instantly recognisable. Plus he was in the WWE for years which apparently makes TNA give you lots of money for no real reason. In terms of achieving stuff like winning titles or even just the occasional match TNA is probably a good fit for him.

Its probably a bad decision financially, but i doubt he got into the business to be a midcard jobber and if TNA does push him to the moon he will probably make a similar amount of cash as he does in the WWE or at least enough to live on. Guys get better contracts than women in TNA.

As great as MITB was, imagine how it would have been with JR announcing.

Cole did some of his finest work in that Cena-Punk MITB match, IMO. He left the Cole character at home and just played it straight, and it worked really well.

But yes JR still would have been superior.

I agree, but his reaction to Punk winning fell a little short. JR would have made it sound like the WWE was finished since Punk was leaving with the title.

Undertaker's eyeliner looks extra ridiculous in that match. Still an A+ though or maybe an S if you are using the Japanese scale.

You pretty much got it right. He was a great college football quarterback who won a lot. He got drafted before he probably should have by Denver. He constantly wins late in the game and is very religious, so he's a very polarizing figure.
