Also, dumb question but the winner of the RR gets a shot at his respective brand's championship?

Why even post this in here when there is a thread devoted to gossip/spoilers?

I wish the mods got rid of these types of posts outside of that thread. There would be no way to know this match is a possibility outside of going through dirt sheets/rumor mills etc. Some of us still like the element of surprise and go out of our way to avoid **** like this.
While I agree in general with you, that post you quoted has absolutely zero credibility. We have no idea from where or who he heard it from, or even if he did hear it. No offense.

He might be right, but I could say that I'm hearing Cena/Taker at Mania and have about the exact same odds of being correct. Now if he actually provided some sort of credible source then I would be with you. Without I just consider it speculation and move on

Seems like each week Mick Foley is getting skinnier and skinnier lol. I wonder if he might be doing a GM vs GM match. Foley vs Shane. They both would do something crazy LOL

*As for that Cena/Joe post I just read it people bringing up ideas. I'm not some sort of Dave Meltzer scoop guy LOL. Bunch of ideas out there and I thought that would be cool match.

Well, this is a bit amusing. Bork working as a security guard for ESPN.

How come he can't show this much personality in WWE?

Probably because Brock actually wanted to be at ESPN for that bit

He was one of my earliest memories of wrestling. Hard to forget the big hairy guy with a green tongue eating turnbuckles.

My favorite wrestler ever. I got to meet him, and we became connections on LinkedIn. Sad.

****; despite Steele's career ending right around when I started watching, he's one of those iconic figures and it still bums me out to see that someone like him is gone.

I have an idea for another wrestlers draft we could do. The goal would be to build the best company for present day. Certain wrestlers who were super over in the past would have a tough time getting over today with their gimmick, so the idea would be to find people who could translate well to what 2017 society deems entertaining. I think it would be fun, because several people would get drafted much earlier or later than they typically do in our normal drafts. I'm leaning now more towards drafting them for their whole career, but I would be willing do to peak if that's what more people want to do.

I liked the draft we did where it was based on wins/losses, since it provided me a rooting interest in match outcomes

I think a peak or best gimmick would be best. The best gimmick for today may not have been their very best version back then.

I like the best gimmick idea. We could pick a gimmick and project it for an entire career.

If we do gimmicks, does the person have to be retired? example: wrestler x has a gimmick now but 5+ years ago he had a completely different gimmick. Would he be eligible to pick as his past gimmick? Perhaps gimmicks that are at least x amount of years old?

If you pick Cena, you can have Rapper Cena, or babyface Super Cena. It's up to you which one you want, and which one you feel would be a better draw today.

So, and here's a goofy question, if someone drafts Rapper Cena, and someone else wants to draft babyface SuperCena, can they?

It would be considerably more awesome if the answer was yes, though of course you have to be able to obviously distinguish between the two; for instance I don't think "heel Stone Cold" is different enough from "face Stone Cold", but e.g. Hollywood Hogan is way different from eat your vitamins Hogan.

I think that's a really cool idea. I would be okay with it if others were.
