I would guess so. Not defending it obviously since I don't like it, but I would think that they get to exercise their own discretion as to what constitutes unruly fan behavior.

The big problem with the WWE ejecting fans isnt a lawsuit its just the negative press if this gets picked up. Like the BBC is running stories on a wrestler not being in a match he wasnt announced to be in so if the timing is right (or wrong, given your perspective) this could blow up badly in their faces.
