The last part of your spoiler is exactly what I'm expecting to see.
Spoiler:
I just hope they give MH the title and not have him buried by Orton.
Spoiler:
I know WWE wouldn't, but a MH squash-type win over Orton (maybe not squash, but still pretty dominant) would put him completely over as the unstoppable heel who won't be ****ed with. That really sets up a Daniel Bryan upset submission win sometime in the future really well.
I've loved the Henry push and I hope it continues. Shaemus is a good rival, but they simply don't have the history for Shaemus to simply go over and stop the "unstoppable heel" push from MH. Best preference is for Henry to go over closely but cleanly, but I'd definitely take a dirty Henry win also.
I'm torn on buying this as well. Even in a good, long, epic match, it would be too much for the human soul to bear if Cena goes over cleanly. I want another clean Punk win (let him hold the title at least until SS), but I suppose I'd settle for HHH screwing him. Cena turning heel would be a fantastic bonus. In the end, I'll probably just watch a creek with you guys.
Does anyone see where Orton/Christian are going? This looks like it's the blowoff match of the feud; I can't see them doing it for a 3rd PPV. Does Orton win a slugfest and Henry confronts/brutalizes him after the match?
Spoiler:
Id book Sheamus to take the mother of all beatings at the hands of Henry and keep kicking out despite him being uber broken down, unable to walk properly kinda stuff. Id have Sheamus win by either the classic rollup from nowhere or just SuperSheamus it up (ugh, i know right?), hit his own 5 moves of doom (double ugh) and then beat Henry that way looking like superman. I suspect this result will directly tie into the SD main event and who gets the title. If Orton keeps it then Henry goes over, probably dirty. If Christian keeps it then Sheamus goes over looking heroic and they feud and Henry costs Orton the match so they feud.
Orton vs Christian has to be the blowoff. How can they ever top a no holds barred at the third PPV of the year. As for the result, ive no clue.
Finally for Cena vs Punk, it basically has to be Punk goes over unless Cena turns heel, right? Cena going over now would just uber kill the entire story and wipe out a LOT of goodwill they have earned. Yeah, ill say it, that MITB match and the promos leading to it let me not really care that the rest of Raw is pretty ****, that this story has turned pretty **** and basically everyone on Raw is being misused.
My super-crazy-watched-too-many-Botchamanias fantasy booking for the title matches at SummerBotch:
Orton and Christian go back and forth breaking things and not bleeding for 15 minutes (mostly announce tables and kendo sticks, hopefully a water bottle of doom mixed in for no reason.) Orton finally wins after a 19 move Killswitch/RKO sequence results in... an RKO. Suddenly Roberto Rodriquez is heard screaming Del Rioooooo! ADR cashes in and steals the WHC over to Raw and gets massive massive heat. Which leads to...
Trips realizes how dumb the unification match being vanilla is and makes it No DQ. Johnny Ace and HHH run-in and hit some offense on Cena and Punk respectively. Probably same ending as the Orton/Christian match but with only about 7 reversals of AA, GTS, AA, GTS, etc. Punk wins! Daniel Bryan's music! Massive heel turn! (Sort of?) Bryan steels the WWE title to Smackdown and does a DX crotch chop to Trips as he bails through the crowd.
Worth pointing out, at Summerslam last year Cena and some creative staff were pushing for a heel turn. Vince wasnt convinced then, will he be convinced now after MITB and the continued slide of Cena into half heel half babyface depending on the crowd?
If it happens at any point in the coming year, this is probably the best and last opportunity before WM.
I read on lords of pain that sources in the back say that the main objective of this CM Punk storyline is to get HHH over in the end....no im not kidding
I really just am not excited about SummerSlam, unfortunately; just can't get up for it so far. Not even considering buying it right now. The card is solid, but few of the builds are worth anything...that would be okay if this was a minor PPV, but a SummerSlam that mostly feels thrown together is just wrong. I don't know.
Agreed. I don't see anything particularly bad about the posted match list, but nothing on there screams "OMG, I have to get this" the way MITB did.

Err, over as what?
If its over as VKM2.0 then awesome, cos combined with the earlier reports Punk is coming back face it sets up a good future through to WM. If its over as a retardo sugarly sweet PG face GM then vomit imo.
same boat with LKJ and eyebooger. seems like the show will be fine, but nothing is must-see, and the risk of complete monkey tilt from paying $55 to watch Cena win clean and just erase the past several weeks is too great.
re: clean/dirty - what % of heel wins are actually clean? Sheamus pretty much has to lose and lose dirty to officially get over as a face; then let him get some measure of revenge to a big pop on the ensuing smackdown.
