Yeah, i doubt that is the last we see of Vince but he wont be around much on screen. He has told the shareholders a few times he is going to completely phase the VKM character off TV and this seems to be it.
Anyone have thoughts on Smackdown before the spoilers emerge? Call it a feeling, but given Mark Henry's relatively successful push (let's face it, his best in years) I think Shaemus makes sense next for him if they'd like to try to elevate him to a minor PPV Main Event sometime this year.
Id guess Henry will take on Kane next which will keep him on the PPV squashing fools while they keep the title story ticking over as Christian vs Orton is still pretty hot. On the other hand it might be a bad time to be a midcard face with nothing to do as he starts squashing some peeps instead - the Usos for example getting squashed in a handicap match makes a good amount of sense.
Henry taking on Zeke makes no sense unless its to blow off the push both have been getting recently. On the contrary id keep Zeke running good in the midcard and keep Henry around looking strong until they can get him into the title scene when Christian and Orton gets stale (which its pretty close to being right now).
That said they COULD make D Bryan a superhero by having him go over Henry using Henry's push to launch Bryan at Christian when Orton drops off the scene, plausibly to face off against Henry as the B story on SD.
