I don't really disagree, but I can't fathom it. Are they wrestling fans who wre on the fence about getting this and 4 chicks in states of undress sealed it?

All 3 main event title matches look bad, I never like a triple threat due to predictabilty to some extent. (Match will end with Finisher A to guy B, then Finisher C to guy A. C wins) Undertaker can't put on a great match anymore IMO. Chavo vs ? might be decent based on who ? is.

I don't really watch wrestling, but I don't think there has ever been a move that so clearly misses, so often. The only way they can even make it look close to real is when they switch the camera right at the end to the top of the victim's head angle. Even if it looked better, it sucks.

I'm simply tired of the championship being between HHH, Cena, and Orton. Are there no other guys in the business that can be crowned. HHH does have the talent in wrestling but come on, let someone else have a shot. IMO, Cena isn't that good of a wrestler. Orton should have been fired years ago for his backstage behavior, abuse of something on the Wellness Policy, his in-ring talent too). The WWE's persistence of pushing him down the fan's throats and telling them to accept him is horribly annoying. I miss the good old days when the top tier was Stone Cold, Mankind, The Rock, Angle, Kane, etc.

I saw The Undertaker live doing some 3 on 1 action a couple of weeks ago and while he lost, it was total BS that the ref didn't catch. He looked to be in top form.

Five-Star,
Hardy prob would have won the MITB and challenged for the title, if he didn't get suspended.

Pudge, probably but it seems like these are the only guys the WWE wants to fight for the title. That or big guys without talent (not the Big Show but that depends on certain views). I mean HHH held the title for what, two straight years? One of the longest title reigns in years. Enough seems enough. Let some new talent at it. What about letting Jericho go back for it? Sometimes the guys of that size and talent put on some fantastic matches, Jericho, Guerrero, etc.

Ric Flair is enough reason for scientists to work on reversing aging. The man was more entertaining in his day than most of these newer wwe superstars combined. When the fountain of youth is discovered he needs to be in the first line to be drinking off of it. Hell you could just take off 10 years from the guy and he would still be more entertaining than most and that would be worth the investment.

Fortunately the undead don't age.

That gimmick will never die.

I think you'd all be surprised to find out that Triple H hasn't held the WWE title in 6 years, not including when he beat Orton and then immediately lost it back to him the same night. He hasn't held the World Heavyweight title in 3 years. He's never held EITHER title for longer than 280 days, I dunno where the previous poster got 2 years from. Maybe he's thinking of Cena.

WWE needs a major shakeup as the ratings are in the toilet (10 year low). I'd end the brand extension and get rid of ECW. Also I'd put a bit more emphasis on the other titles if they're going to exist. How about having them defended more than once a year. And they wonder why nobody cares about the IC title. There's other stuff I'd do to try and fix the WWE's problems but that's neither here nor there.

My numbers might be a little hazy but if you look at the WWE Heavyweight title he has held that in the past 6 years five different times. That was a major title. Part of him staying on top has to be the lack of talent overall in the company and the politics of him being so "close" with the McMahons.

As for emphasis on the other titles that would be good. Maybe they should put more emphasis on the Cruiserweight title those were always great matches. Oh wait, they retired it. It's going to take a whole lot of change to make the WWE what it was in the past.

5-*

Trips last held the "WWE Championship" (the original, primary title) in 2002. Lost that one to Hulk Hogan at Backlash in April 02. He last held the World Heavyweight Championship (the one brought over from WCW that replaced the NWA title when WCW left the NWA) in 2005. He lost it at Wrestlemania 21.

Emphasis on the other titles would be good if they had anybody worth caring about. I couldn't tell you who either of the tag team champions are right now without looking it up, and I only know who the US and IC champs are because they're both in the Money In The Bank match and wouldn't have anybody to defend them against.

I like watching wrestling when it's those girls wrestling. Tory? Something like that.. some blonde girl. And some other girls. I think that's pretty hot. They should have more of that.

HHH, Undertaker, and Floyd are pretty much locks.

I'd like to see Flair win and retire, but don't think it'll happen.

The money in the bank is messed up since Hardy was the obv pick, I think Carlito will get the push now.

The rest is zzzz.

i haven't really watched with the exception of jericho's return, can any of you say if he's got a legit shot of winning the title any time soon? (i'd definitely start tuning in for that). if hardy's the guy who was supposed to win the ladder match and now he's not there, does this mean jericho's next in line for it?

Wow, bad idea. This is where WWE makes a significant portion of its profit. Even when business is in a down cycle, the house shows always do well.

My "Cena lost me" moment was when he kissed the ass of the NYC fans....WTF he's supposed to be a Mass. guy? Surprised they haven't turned him yet.

Also, how does Edge manage get heel heat? He's too good on the mic imo.

Cena probably lost a ton of people when they stopped letting him have more edgy intro raps. They dulled him down a whole bunch. My favorite was one of the first trips to Iraq for Christmas and he talked about wanting to give a Diva (can't remember who) a "pearl necklace" for Christmas.

Cena is huge among the kids that bring in a huge part of WWEs revenue, and he hasnt lost them. Don´t think Cena nor WWE cares much that some smarks doesn´t like his current gimmick.

5S, he still does semi-edgy jokes, but they're all weiner/gay/balls jokes.

Bed, they've mentioned the hate all the time. "bah Gawd Kang, John Cena is the most controversial champion evar!" And Cena did look legit upset at ONS2006.

I don't hate him too much, but he's completely destroyed the entire roster either directly or indirectly. (Cena beats Khali back to back PPV's with ease. Khali beat down Undertaker the year before. So Cena>UT.)

For what its worth, Khali never had any business being in a WWE ring, much less being in a program with Undertaker or having the World Heavyweight Championship...
