Samoa Joe is going to be working ROH in June. "Do yourself a favor, put away your preconceived notions of how you think business is done and understand we are re-writing the book" he says. ROH mentioned Owens (formerly the top ROH star) in the announcement. An ROH/NXT crossover or invasion would be too sweet. Pretty similar products outside of the WWE production values so if somebody likes one they likely would enjoy the other if they gave it a chance.

Absolutely. The entire opening segment was some elite heel work. Everything he said about Zayn and Cena had weight and meaning and then saying he walked away from Joe to give the fans their moment was so damn good. Regal looked threatened and Crowe looked like someone who had gotten themselves in over their head. Just a great opening segment that Raw writers should be envious of.

Other NXT notes. I think I saw someone say it here but Corbin's finisher looks like he is giving himself a Rock Bottom.

Looks like they're going to do a "Who attacked Itami?" angle that might make things interesting. If they reveal that it was Finn then it could be good. If it's Breeze then zzzzz. Finn still needs some actual wrestling in his moveset. Anything other than kicks and strikes.

Glad they are doing an angle with the Itami injury. I thought they should have done that with Bryan's injury. At least one of the times. Sometimes this can bring good heat, because although rationally people know it isn't real, fans (fanatics) often aren't rational.

Owens is just a phenomenal heel. The only thing that I didn't like was when he forced the "Sammy sucks too" line just to get back his heat because they were cheering him for being anti-Cena. It doesn't fit with his character who still tries to tell us none of this is personal.

I think it has to be Balor who attacked Itami because they're bringing in all these big name faces, but have no real main event heels aside from Owens.

Really like Bliss as a heal again.

Close to 20 years ago now, ECW did a feud where Taz and Sabu never physically touched for a year. Wonder how long they can do this with Joe and Owens. I wouldn't have any confidence in them pulling this off up in the big leagues, but maybe NXT can? I don't expect a year, but until the next 2 hour special maybe?

I don't understand who or what blake n murphy are. Compared to the Ascension(before) or enzo/cass(now), I don't give one hoot about them.

I do enjoy Alexa Bliss being with them, though i would enjoy a reason for her doing it. But i suppose blake/murphy dont have a reason for being blake/muphy

Stage ae. I can't figure out how they're gonna do it. Inside isn't that big. It holds maybe 2k for concerts. Looked up tickets and it looks like it's sold out. Checked in stub hub, and they're more than I'm willing to pay. I'm gonna look again when it's closer to show time.
