Next Takeover is 3 months away. I have no idea what they're going to be doing on their weekly show because the event can probably be set up with about 2 weeks of episodes.

If I had to guess:

Bobby Roode (c) vs one or more of Kassius Ohno/Drew McIntyre/Roderick Strong/Aleister Black
Asuka (c) vs Ember Moon
Authors of Pain (c) vs Heavy Machinery
Pete Dunne (c) vs Tyler Bate
Johnny Gargano vs Tommaso Ciampa (probably with some brutal stipulation like last man standing)

That's basically a complete card as it is. Add something like Sanity vs the people above that aren't in title match and some random Velveteen Dream nonsense and you've got the pre-show/week after episode taken care of too.

I guess we might be in for some debuts and a lot of jobber squashes?

Catching up on a month of NXT today. Ciampa turn and explanation was perfectly executed. Wonder how they hold the heat for however long it takes to get them both in the ring together though.

I really hope they go with the 'Sicilian Psychopath' persona Ciampa had in ROH. Dude is Badass...

Highly recommend this week's episode. Great stuff start to finish. Last woman standing match was outstanding.

NXT is good again because they're actually advancing storylines on the main show instead of the Raw/Smackdown holding pattern crap.

yup. They got in a pattern for a bit where everything was treading water for the next takeover but now ****s happening on the show again. I've watched more NXT this month than raw/smackdown/ppv combined. LWS match was very good.

Really surprised that they went with the 100% clean win for AOP there.

Holy **** that women's match was awful.

Watching LWS episode now so I'm a bit behind. But what is the possible future for Velveteen Dream? A few good months in nxt, maybe a deep run in a #1 contenders battle royal?
