What got you into pro wrestling to begin with? Pretty sure it wasn't the actual matches and more the storylines and personalities. If so, then watching some seasons of TUF would be a good idea as a lot of these guys act like clowns and there's sometimes some animosity between the coaches and their personalities either good or bad shine through.

Hardly any MMA on other channels, although FX had the last season of TUF and the live finale. Other than that MMA is thin on the ground on UK tv. Whatever you do, don't watch "Cage Fighter" on Sky Sports.
They show UFC events on Channel 5 occasionally, not sure about the scheduling so keep an eye out.
There's also show old Strikeforce on Extreme Sports sometimes too.
