there are maybe a dozen viable candidates, the rest are just list fillers that are clearly good but definitely not in the all time best league

guys like arn and ventura are above average, but they don't stand a chance against flair saying HOGANNN or vince being DAMN SICK AND TIRED, SICK AND TIRED, SICK AND TIRED, DAMN SICK AND TIRED
I think far more highly of Arn than you do if you merely consider him to be "above average."

But yeah there will be filler in this. I figure going for a field of 64 is still worth it just because it gives us excuses to post more great promos from more people.

Are you still trying to get some more nominations? If so, I nominate Shane Mcmahon.

Yeah noms are still open. Shane seems like a decent choice.

Also think I'm adding Ron Simmons. (Yes, there was a time when he said more than just "DAMN.")

Mr. Ace seems to have been left out inadvertently.

Alright I'm up to 61. I added DDP to the mix even though I don't like him.

On the indie side of things Jay Briscoe, Kevin Steen, and Dean Ambrose are all really good.

Forgot to include a clip of Dustin. I can't think of many who were able to do more with as little as he was given.

How has nobody spoke the name of royalty himself? All hail King BOOKAH! His promos were the stuff of legends!

ctrl+f Santino = 0 results

Ultimate Warrior had the most memorable promos of all time and likely deserves an entry for that fact alone. No one cut promos like the warrior cut promos.
