Sorry if this question seems confusing...how will scoring work on questions where there are DQs? Are DQs counted as incorrect before or after scoring the question?

Example: If the question was "name a city in Europe" and the answer breakdown was:
London - 12 players
Paris - 8 players
Rome - 5 players
Berlin - 3 players
Moscow - 2 players
Copenhagen - 1 player
Cairo (INCORRECT) - 1 player

normally the incorrect answer of Cairo would be worth 18 (12 people on the sheep + 6 unique correct answers). Now, if and Moscow and London were DQed, would those players get 18 as before, or 16 (12 for sheep as before + 4 unique correct answers)?
