Like I said earlier in the thread, I'll wait until +1yr after he completes the program to see how he's doing since he's been in and out of rehab several times and can't stay sober.

...that's just so damn cool to see.

It's sort of heartbreaking to hear Hall say "What do you do when people stop chanting your name?" even though it's a common complaint of famous people.

Hall having PTSD is something that I'm sure amplifies the effect of "what do you do when people stop chanting your name?" From the sound of it, wrestling and the road life were just welcome distractions from bigger demons before that.

I actually paid a visit to the Accountability Crib this past weekend. DDP put on a workshop for DDP Yoga members at a nearby community center -- there were only 13 participants. I've been doing the program since December and absolutely love it.

We went back to his house for dinner and tips on how to eat gluten and dairy free. Scott and Jake went out for a bit while we were eating, but came back later. The whole experience was incredible. Only a few of us were wrestling fans. Jake was just beaming with happiness. It was awesome hearing Scott tell stories. Both Scott and Jake were incredibly humble and nice. DDP is just a genuinely good guy.

Oh yeah -- Scott is in need of hip surgery (hence the wheelchair and cane). I think I heard DDP say they are setting up an Indiegogo site (similar to Jake's) for this.

Undoubtedly but with people in Hall's situation, you have to be very careful how quickly and heavily you reintroduce that part of his life. Let him get comfortable just living a "normal" life and getting healthy (you can see he obviously has a long way to go) and then maybe talk about letting him come out at WM down the road.

It will take a lot more than a couple weeks of being sober before he proves he's ready for anything to do with the WWE. He's been a messy cluster **** for too long to trust him.

He's quit drinking more than enough times. Sadly, Scott has had a ton of periods of being sober over the past 15 years only to relapse. The biggest mountain for him is the long term.

He never quit drinking. He only took some time off from it.

The best thing he could do right now is to actually quit.
