I'd probably rather have #1 vs #50 headline my show than #10 vs #11 tbh, maybe i'm wrong.

Couple of questions:

Does the last pick in the first round get first in second and third or is it regular snake?

Can we put a title on someone (going into our show) who has never held that title?

i was thinking regular snake but again open to everyone's input.

you can put the title on anyone you want

One more rule that I hope will help people avoid wasting picks on non wrestlers.

Everyone gets JR, Ventura, monsoon, or whoever you want as the announce team.

Wrestlers also come with their managers as part of the package, within reason. If you draft randy savage, you get Elizabeth. You get mr Fuji with demolition. You don't get Paul Heyman with Cesaro or Lana with Ziggler.

Never seen something like this, so a couple of questions, although it's very possible I don't join because I have a good feeling I would suck at this and as the newbie, make it **** for everyone else.

Can we pick wrestlers from promotion? Or is this a WWE/F thing?
When we post our PPV or however it's done, how detailed do we have to be WRT background of the feuds etc?

I had a couple more but I forgot them now. Will post if I remember.

You should feel free to join regardless of whether you've done one before so long as you're active and the clock isn't on you all day. Go back a few pages in the forum and find a wrestler draft to get a better idea of where certain wrestlers tend to get drafted if you're worried about being out of the loop.

All wrestlers from any era and any company are eligible

No requirement to type out storylines or match recaps or anything like that. Some people may but most will probably type up a few sentences why they think two guys would be a good fit together or whatever.

Oh, also, what's the optimal line in these? Do people typically have an idea of the kinds of matches they'd want to put together and then try and get people to fit in with that or just draft whoever comes to mind and work it out after.

Once the draft is done and we have our wrestlers, how long do we have to put our PPV together?

I would imagine that it's a combination of the two. You draft some guys because they're the best value (or just the guy you most want), and then you draft others because it sounds awesome to do Conquistador #1 vs. Iron Mike Sharpe or whatever.

Cheers. Reading through the last wrestling draft thread. I'll probably have a bunch more stupid questions once I've read through.

How do the trades work? Are you trading spots for someone you've taken already?

Can you pick anyone who's ever shown up in wrestling? EG special guest hosts or one off special appearances at a WM?

It's up to disko but usually you can trade picks for picks, wrestlers for wrestlers or wrestlers for picks, and everyone who has ever had a match is available to take.

Edit - usually you can take anyone who has made an appearance but I'm not sure if we're drafting non-wrestlers here.

No once a wrestler is drafted he's out of the pool whether he was taken alone or as part of a tag team
