I'm sure I'm gonna be told he couldn't get over today but I'm not having it. Dude had tons of charisma and intensity and a great gimmick. I actually think monster face gimmicks like this are part of what's missing today, instead we get all the faces telling lame jokes. He's faced Hollywood Hogan before and it didn't go so well but he was past his prime and the booking was terrible. I believe that his lack of longevity, bad attitude and the fact that he kept walking out don't apply here.

That Miz video is still one of the all-time greats. Not sure I've seen it since it first aired.

Yeah Miz has been fantastic in his recent title run but he's been a big meh to me outside that since I started semi-watching again (which was after The Shoot and after his debut which from what I understand is great so I'm probably undervaluing him a bit). Seems like a late 3rd-early 5th rounder to me without thinking about it too much.
