I might be wrong but wasn't William more of a comedy character while Steven was more of a straight up tough guy? I'm happy to take him off my roster if you think there's no difference.

Honestly I don't remember well enough about William to make that call without other input. I just had it in my mind that they were basically the same with a changed first name.
