UFC will want to build a new star through Brock. Trashing how fake WWE is over and over and having Brock make a pit stop and crush someone would look really bad for UFC.
they have to legitimize bork for the new star beating him to matter. you can't build him as a star and bury bork as a wrestling sideshow at the same time
plus doing the latter makes the ufc look bad since bork was the heavyweight champion once upon a time

i think bork winning helps the wwe since it further builds his character, could get ufc eyes to watch the product etc, but bork losing definitely doesn't hurt it. it's not like wwe fans will be like "well bork lost to ______ how could he possibly beat SETH ROLLINS IN A SINGAPORE CANE ON A POLE MATCH?!"
