I think its pretty well known he didn't get into a good wrestling school for this exact reason. Or at least that's what I remember reading a few times.

brock v. reem this weekend helped the bones theory. Those two bums would get smashed by bones so easily I dont think you could even hype the fight. They are stiff uncoordinated goons.

yea that argument works against someone who's never fought before, like if you were to say jones would kill lebron in an MMA fight, which he ofc would

overeem is a world class trained heavyweight fighter, and even if he doesn't have the skills jones has (obviously he doesn't), he still fights at AT LEAST 50 pounds heavier than jones

jones pound for pound is imo the best fighter in MMA, even better than silva, but if u think for a second it would be a laugher and he'd just beat the **** out of overeem/lesnar, that's pure ignorance/trolling

I am not saying Jones has no shot, but come on man hes not handling Overeem in any shape or form. How do you think he wins btw? I am just curious. I think if he really pushes the pace wrestling, unlike Brock could do, then he can figure out a way to wear Reem out and get him down. Hes not throwing Reem from the clinch like hes Matt Hammill or something.

I do agree that jon jones could tool most of the heavy weights. he is just wway too fast and way too explosive for them and he could easily put on weight considering he probably walks around at 215-240 and he could put on a little weight if he wanted to. ffs his brother is a defensive lineman in pro football.

your friend's assumptions about the sport turning black and no one wanting to watch it is racism and short sighted. people don't watch boxing because it's boring. did people quit watching basketball football or baseball when it became black or latin american dominated???

the way jon jones beats overeem is by putting on ~30lbs so he weighs about what overeem does and then tooling him with wrestling and cardio. jones doesn't want to stand up vs overeem but overeem has to at least respect his striking.
