This is why more supershows is better. The supershows are just better than Raw on average, and it isn't because of the build.
Somebody who was there live reported that there was tons of Cena merch in the crowd and they mostly were there to see him, so that is why they likely had him in the main. They also have the main either be Rollins or Cena at live events, so it could have just been habit.
