Okada tapped? Citation needed.

The armbar is an actual judo/mma submission technique and one proper defense is to prevent the straightening of the arm by grabbing the hand in an S-grip.
Well ok, I knew why in real life. But I mean in wrestling where things are fake. A guy's building up all kinds of momentum, kicked a guys ass, and then the guy who's been receiving a beating just randomly locks his arms together because that's how this move goes. To me, it sucks all the air out of the comeback the guy made that's doing the move. By the time the arms are broken, nobody thinks the other is going to tap because of the energy it takes just to clasp arms together for as long as it took to get them apart.
