Ambrose really is the only face who gets cheered on SD though. I almost consider Corbin a de facto face at this point just because he's not friendly with other heels.

I'm guessing the Rhyno turn they were teasing last month got put on the shelf because of Ryder's injury?

^ Ya same with AJ. They've tried hard to reign in the cheers on him. Definitely agree on the cowardly heel route for KO to prevent him from being cheered .... they kinda have to.

At Survivor Series the real faces as opposed to "heels who get face pops" were Becky, Bayley, Dean and Heath Slater from what I remember

They could get heels booed if they are up against faces that people actually want to see win. And they can make faces that people like if they don't castrate them when they turn them. They did it 15-20 years ago. They still could if they wanted to, but they don't for some reason.

On Raw, Goldberg is clearly a babyface, as are Seth Rollins and Sami Zayn.

American Alpha are faces, but are not exactly over. Perhaps The Revival will get American Alpha over.

My buddy who is still a fan like me from the attitude era and likes NXT hates Alpha haha .... a lot of acts that are faces in NXT just don't get over on the main roster for various reasons.
